I have known Jim Gamble for 15 years during which time he helped me find tenants for my rental property, andmost recently, sold the property for me. Jim Gamble is quite frankly one of the best real estate agents I have ever met. He's honest and ethical and takes the time to answer any questions throughout the stressful closing process. I personally would recommend him to anyone that is looking to buy or sell a home. Jim played the sale of my house out perfectly setting the price at 300k getting more bidders on the house. We were able to sell it for 370k. I bought the house 5 years ago for 239k. He has been a great help to me and my extended family who have severe medical problems. I appreciate Jim Gamble very much and he does a fantastic job.

Jim Gamble has been a fantastic person to work with. He was always professional & caring as we worked together for three months purchasing our new home & selling our current home. We purchased our current home 37 years ago and we quickly realized that real estate has certainly changed over the years! Jim was very patient with us, explaining details of current real estate procedures to help us understand exactly what we needed to do as well as what to expect. Best agent always helpful ,informative, and available

Jim was absolutely phenomenal. I had been working with a previous agent for over a year (with whom I'd signed a year contract with) who wouldn't respond to e-mails / text messages. Jim always responded quickly. When looking at homes I really valued his experience / expertise on certain things to look at that I would never have thought of. He was thinking of not only my checklist of wants, but also potential future costs / resale value.
